KSA, stands for Knowledge, Skills and Abilities. Specific KSAs are required in performing some particular tasks. KSAs depend a lot on an individual’s education, qualifications, experience and skill set. KSAs are a list of special qualifications and attributes that one needs to have for performing a particular job.
